– Appoint supportive distributors with the help of Supervisor

– Select required villages as per crop portfolio and provide farmers data to concerned person

– Identify, recruit, and arrange product training programs for MDO/FA

– Conduct demand generation activities such as Dealer Meets, Farmer Meets, Group Meets, POP material display, field visits and field days

– Collect sales orders and ensure timely POG

– Implement trade promotional schemes such as cash discounts, volume discounts, etc.

– Responsible for developing “Mustard Breeding” strategy for the crop in coordination with R&D Head.

– Provide required inputs for planning of Mustard breeding program.

– Organize yield trials in different locations to speed up development of hybrids & inbreeds.

– Incorporate desired traits in new products through back cross breeding or other breeding methods using speed to market tools.

– Lead a breeding program that delivers inbred lines and other germplasm.

– Establish robust hybrid testing plans to identify superior hybrid products for the Indian market and sets goals in alignment with business unit growth goals.

– Assist in identifying competitive hybrids based on product objectives for relevant market segment.

– Actively involves in understanding the customer needs and aligning with business requirements.

– Interact with public sector researchers and government agencies as needed from time to time.

– Collect, maintain and ensure strict security of germplasm and data.
