Welcoming Our New CEO: Mr. Kishan Dumpeta

We take immense pleasure in introducing Mr. Kishan Dumpeta, who has joined us as
“Chief Executive Officer”.

Mr. Kishan is an influential leader with over two decades of professional experience,
excelling in operational excellence and business growth. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses
by leveraging the right fundamentals of process, people, technology, and infrastructure.

He is highly skilled in addressing operational challenges, ensuring business stability, and expanding
geographical presence for a legacy seed business. His expertise has played a key role in helping
organizations scale up internationally.

Prior to joining us, he was associated with internationally reputed organizations such as
Syngenta and IT Zeneca (Advanta India).

He holds a post-graduate degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from APGU and has completed
a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Business Strategy,
Financial Performance, and Organizational Culture.
